The Present Situation Investigation And The Countermeasure Research Of The Implementation Of University Students' Quality Expansion Program

The University Students' quality expansion program is jointly implemented by the central committee of the Communist Youth League, the Ministry of Education and the National Student Union, in order to enhance university quality-oriented education thoroughly. It takes raising university students' mental and political quality as the core, raising innovation ability and practice ability ad the key point, and generally improving scientific quality and humanities ability as the purpose. It plans scientifically, trains specifically and develops comprehensively for the improvement of students' comprehensive ability. However, how is the current situation of this program's implementation? What problems exist in the process? There does exsit much theoretical research in these aspects, but only a little positive or practical research.I designed the questionnaire by myself. At first, I carried on a predication in a small scope before the formal investigation and adjusted those questions that are meaningless or confusing meanings, according to the replies. So that it became more convincing and more effective. Meanwhile I interviewed some teachers and students about the performance of the program and collected opinions or suggestions on the questionnaire extensively. Then I sampled randomly and comprehensively investigated nearly one thousand students of the case university-Shanghai Second Polytechnic University. Finally,I analyzed the present situation of the program according to the investigation result, and seeked for the reasons of the problems that exist, and proposed some countermeasures or suggestions.The whole aricle can be divided into 4 parts.The first part is the introduction. It comprehensively analyzes the research background, and introduces the purpose, the content, the method and the significance of this research . It also makes a summary to the present research situation of the program.The second parts is the theoretical research. It describes the constraciton of the program's implementation system and generally introduces the basic implementation situation in the case university.The third part is the practical research .The investigation carried on in the case university demonstrates the object and the process of the prediction and the formal survey. And it analyzes the design of the questionnaire and the situation of the quality expansion program's implementation, combining the investigation and the interview.The fourth part analyzes the reasons of the situation exists in the investigation process and puts forward some countermeasures or suggestions to every link of the university student's quality expansion program's effective implementation.
