How to maintain social stability and harmonious development of our country is an important research topic. This article is from the social psychology of "group behavior" research perspective, the students as objects to be studied. Group Behaviors on Campus not only adversely affect social stability and harmony, will lead to regular loss of student organization system function and may even give rise to serious social problems. Therefore, for the timely prevention and controlling the collective behavior and direction toward poor, this concept of scientific research is of great significance and practical significance. This paper uses a theoretical analysis and empirical analysis methods, supplemented by qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods. This paper analyzes the behavior of college students the basic characteristics of the cluster, the existing social psychological theory of group behavior on the basis of. This paper analyzes the contemporary personality of young students. It is aware of the nature of group behavior characteristics of college students, the development process and psychological mechanisms, through the historical review and case analysis. Finally from the practical needs of society, from the three dimensions of tentative solutions to this problem put forward.
