Research On The Development Of Fuzhou Secondary Vocational Education

This thesis is based on a thorough research on secondary vocational education in Fuzhou on the current background. of economic structure adjustment and industrial structure upgrading and the social transformation. And by analyzing the requirement and influence on secondary vocational education from the economic and social development of Fuzhou city, and researching on the current situation, developing needs of the secondary vocational education, I try to provide some guidance for the strategic target, decision and countermeasures of secondary vocational schools in 10 years.And the structure of this thesis is as follow:Chapter 1:According to Objective analyzing on the modern situation of Second Vocational Education of Fuzhou City, covering education scale, structure, benefit and school running, I try to summarize the major problems of Secondary Vocational Education of Fuzhou.Chapter 2:By analysis and forecasting on the social demand for skilled worker on the basis of needs for running Secondary Vocational Education, I make a brief analysis on the economic developing trends and the huge needs for the skilled worker in the fast economic progressing times of Fuzhou nowadays.Chapter 3:Firstly, I set specific quantity, quality and structural goals in stages for the development of Second Vocational Education in Fuzhou.Secondly, Based on the modern educational situation, I investigate the developing focus for the Secondary Vocational Education in Fuzhou and get a conclusion that Second vocational Education in Fuzhou would focus on the following 3 aspect:Ⅰ.On the scale of vocational education, the government should focus on Second Vocational Education.Ⅱ.Regionally, Secondary Vocational Education would focus on the rural area.Ⅲ.On development trend, Secondary Vocational Education would focus on training skilled workers.Finally, I make a strategic countermeasure for the development of the secondary Vocational Education in Fuzhou.
