With the rapid development of society,the development of science and technology,the progress of modern civilization,China's face a new look.With the pace of the times,the reform of our school teaching has been deepening,the education of our country has also undergone great changes,and the quality of education and teaching has been improved.The secondary vocational school education has also made progress and development,but also has made certain progress in the development of vocational education,but the secondary vocational schools,personnel training mode,the professional ranks of teachers,academic level and the level of scientific research and teaching environment there are some shortcomings and How to improve the quality of PE teaching under the guidance of the new teaching outline and become the focus of the PE teaching research in secondary vocational schools.In this paper,nine representative schools are selected from all the vocational schools in Fuzhou.Five schools are selected for each of them(45 students in total).Each school randomly selects 15-25(185 students)As the survey object.Through the interviews and questionnaires related to the surveyed teachers,the teachers'questionnaires are related to the status quo,the age structure,the academic level,the achievements of scientific research,the teaching profession and the teaching situation of the PE teachers in secondary vocational schools in Fuzhou.The present situation of PE teaching in Fujian Province and the current situation of PE teaching in Fujian Province are analyzed and the problems existing in PE teaching are analyzed and analyzed in this paper.The present situation of PE teaching in Fujian Province is analyzed and the current situation,problems,The main factors that affect the development of PE teaching in secondary vocational schools in Fuzhou at the same time put forward the corresponding countermeasures.For the development of secondary vocational education to provide practical and feasible methods and basis.conclusion as below:1,Fuzhou City,the situation of secondary school physical education teachers,teachers are generally more than undergraduate education,young teachers are almost all master's degree education,but the enthusiasm of teachers is relatively low scientific research,a large part of secondary vocational school teachers just to comment The teaching level of physical education teachers is much better than before,but there are still some problems;some leaders of vocational schools are not enough attention to sports,there are some physical education teachers can not get the same workload,Resulting in relatively low treatment,affecting the enthusiasm of the work of physical education teachers.2,the students in secondary vocational school on the real value of physical education,the purpose of a certain understanding of the motivation and purpose of physical exercise is relatively clear,but in physical education,because the teaching content or the project is not interested in some students,these students Learning attitude is not serious enough,just to test it,thus affecting the quality of physical education,students like physical exercise but do not like the phenomenon of physical education.3,now most of the vocational schools in the first two years of physical education courses,this time the students participate in sports,enhance physical fitness,learning motivation and other motives clear,but by the third year there is no physical education courses,and because students are facing Internship,looking for work pressure,the enthusiasm of the sport is relatively low.In the secondary vocational school,the physical education curriculum is in accordance with the traditional PE teaching mode,and lacks the personality characteristics for the secondary vocational school students.Therefore,the content of PE teaching is not in line with the social requirements for talents.,Also did not arrange the course according to the student's interest hobby,to the student lifelong physical exercise consciousness caused certain influence.4,Fuzhou part of the vocational school sports teaching facilities are relatively backward,and some schools have no standard track and field,volleyball court,indoor museum,football stadium and other basic sports,which is the organization of sports,physical education to carry out the basic Hardware facilities,resulting in some schools can not be normal physical education,organization of sports competitions,physical training and so on.
