The School Management Mechanism's Research Of The Teacher Professional Development

The development of the teacher professional is the trend of the educational reform, it is also the hot issue. It is a valued discussing issue that how to practice the Teacher on the professional background of Chinese curriculum reform. Actually, It is a big space to discus the development of the Teacher professional from the school internal management system. The major point and the research content of this text are as follows:Firstly, it describes the standard of the research background and the research significance, simultaneously, it make the comprehensive commentary to the former research. Secondly, it defined the relevant concept of the teacher professional. It also excavation the Teacher professional's connotation and the analysis the primary cause that affect the development of teacher professional.
