General secretary Hu Jin Tao, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, points out in the 23rd National Teachers' Day speech: "Teacher is the key cause to promote the well fast development of education and to train the high-quality professionals. No high-level teachers, there is no quality education."With the further going on of modern educational reform, the teachers'professionalization has become a key factor in affecting the development and improvement of education and teaching quality. And great importance has been attached to it by education theorists, education departments, schools and teachers at all levels.The study, home and abroad, of it focuses on two areas: the process and principles of the professionalization; the promoting ways of the professionalization. The two areas are closely connected. Comparatively, the study of the first area has many rich and influencing findings. But the study of how to effectively promote the professionalization in terms of China's real situation, such as value orientation, law making and policy making, is quite weak. And materials and plans of directing importance to teachers and education departments in the county level are rare. So this paper, in view of the present state of primary school and middle school teachers working in Jiaonan City, presents specific analysis and study of ways to realize the professionalization goal. It is of great directing and referring significance. Analyzing teacher professionalization approach, we bring into the management system construction study of"giving first place to the county", the urban and rural teachers resource construction study and the class adviser team building, which becomes teachers professional development being a big project form "small vision". The paper includes the following parts:Chapter one: giving analysis of the importance, purpose and ways of the study.Chapter two :presenting differences between some terms, such as profession and educational profession, professionalization and teachers'professionalization; pointing out the new points of the paper by giving a summary.Chapter three: investigating teacher professional development status of the high school and primary school in Jiaonan City. At the same time, describing the problems about the teachers'professional development in Jiaonan City and analysing them.Chapter four: giving solutions to the problems existed: 1st, discussing professional education and training of the following five aspects: training on teachers'professional morality a teacher's further education, training on a teacher's teaching skills and how to make use of information technologies, training on the new reform of subjects, the improvement of quality of teachers in charge of a class; 2nd, presenting a strategy of setting up six platforms that are of practical importance: self-realization platform, further education and improvement platform, revising platform,research and exchange platform, cooperation platform, activity and showing platform; 3rd, analyzing how to reform management system and how to create a good atmosphere for teachers'professionalization in the city level and putting forward an idea of building up a long-term mechanism in seven aspects: establishing a teachers'morality management system, optimizing teaching resources in the city and towns,forming a famous teacher fostering system,improving level of professional directing, forming a school level training system, forming a scientific teachers'evaluation system, forming a training framework involving all the related departments.
