Sports experts and psychologists have greatly contributed to the research on Social Physical Anxiety (SPA), the indicator that measures self-presentation concerning physical form in exercises. The domestic study on relation between physical exercise and Social Physical Anxiety (SPA), nevertheless, has not been fully utilized since its inception in 2003. Physical self-concept means the cognition and judgment to himself by an individual. It is the first growing part of individual self-conscience and an important basic section of self-concept. Investigate indicated that individual's Physical self-concept has important meaning to the healthy of psychology.This experiment extractive randomly 220 female undergraduates who chose aerobics, utilize document data method, questionnaire method, logic analysis method and so on. This experiment came to a conclusion after 15 weeks.1. Social physical anxiety and physical self-concept of female undergraduate who choose aerobics contrasts and analyses.The scores of only child or not in endurance and physical exercise dimensions were improved significantly. Not only child is better than only child in endurance dimension. Only child is better than not only child in physical exercise dimension.The scores of different locals in physical activity and harmony dimensions were improved more significantly. City's female undergraduate is better than country's female undergraduate in these two dimensions.The scores of different specialties in anxious about social comparison and health dimensions were improved significantly. The female student of liberal arts is higher than female student of science in anxious about social comparison dimension. But the female student of science is better than the female student of liberal arts in health dimension.All in all, because of all kinds of environment, the female undergraduate who choose aerobics are different in social physical anxiety and physical self-concept's cognition.2. Social physical anxiety and physical self-concept of female undergraduate contrasts and analyses between the front and bake experiment.After experiment the scores of female undergraduate's SPA and PS were improved more significantly. The scores of worry about other's negative evaluation, discomfort about physical self-presentation, strength, overall health, endurance, appearance, movement ability were improved more significantly. The score of self-respect was improved significantly.After experiment the scores of only child in endurance, physical exercise were improved significantly. The scores of not only the child in harmony were improved significantly, in physical exercise were improved more significantly. The scores of only child or not in SPAS were not changed significantly, but the change of only child was bigger than that of not only child.After experiment scores of female undergraduate who came from city in physical activity, harmony were improved more significantly. Scores of female undergraduate who came from country in physical activity, physical activities were improved significantly in harmony were improved more significant. The scores of female undergraduate who came from city or country in SPAS were not changed significantly, but the change of the female undergraduate who came from country was bigger than that of the female undergraduate who came from city.After experiment the scores of female student of science and female student of liberal arts are improved significantly. The scores of the female student of science in anxious about social comparison decreased significantly than the female student of liberal arts.All in all, the female undergraduate's physical defect can be remedied and the social physical anxiety can be reduced the physical self-concept can be increased effectively.I can give some advices according to the above conclusions.1. Improve the learning of theory knowledge, make the student build up the right concept of physical appraise.2. Correct the attitude, treat correctly the physical anxiety.3. Esteem the different of individual, individualized instruction.4. Pay attention to the factor of emotion, optimize the appraise system of teaching of aerobic.
