Eating behavior is not just a simple eating, but also includes nutrition and diet-related knowledge,belief and attitude of diet, lifestyle, emotional state, cultural traditions, values, and many other factors. Inrecent years, through the popular of thin, many university students present their own body with lack ofconfidence, and then cause social physique anxiety, and as a result they take poor eating behavior.The survey is university student, revised university student eating behavior questionnaire then asa research tool, and physical self-presentation confidence questionnaire with social physique anxietyquestionnaire used in conjunction. Eating behavior of university student in different demographic on thedifferences in analysis, and social physique anxiety intermediary role between physical self-presentationconfidence and eating behavior were investigated. The results showed that:First, the revised university student eating behavior scale includes three dimensions: emotionaleating, restrictive eating and environment eating.Second, university student eating behaviors have some significant differences in demographicvariables. There have no difference in grade and begotten, there are significant differences in thecharacteristic variables of gender, body mass index and different student source.Third, university student eating behavior and social physique anxiety is positively correlated;physical self-presentation confidence and social physique anxiety is negatively correlated; physicalself-presentation confidence part dimension with eating behavior was a negative correlation between thedimensions.Fourth, social physique anxiety fully mediated in the body presents itself between physicalself-presentation confidence and university student eating behavior, physical self-presentation confidencefrom social physique anxiety to influence university student eating behavior.
