Comparative Research On The Mode Of Fostering Qualified Physical Education Personnel Between Guangxi And Vietnam Universities

With the frequent communication on higher education between Guangxi and Vietnam, a certain scale of higher education cooperation has also formed in many aspects. However, the communication on physical education is relatively rare. And people know little about the mode of fostering physical education personnel in Vietnam. The purpose of this study is to deepen mutual understanding and learning about the mode of fostering physical education personnel between Guangxi and Vietnam, to find the similarities and differences on the mode of fostering physical education personnel between Guangxi and Vietnam universities, so as to lay a theoretical basis on how to foster physical education personnel. This paper used the methods of documentary, interview and comparison to analysis the mode of fostering physical education personnel in Guangxi and Vietnam, to find their common grounds and differences, and to probe into its causes. The results show that the mode of fostering physical education personnel on both sides has something in common in professional emphasis, curriculum setting and social practice. Meanwhile, they have some differences in cultivating objectives, course contents, teaching conditions, and the number and title of physical education teachers, etc. Their common places attribute to the influence of the physical education theories of former Soviet Union and Vietnam learn from China's successful experience. But due to the requirement of society, ideas on curriculum, and economic level, differences exist in the physical education talent-cultivating pattern in universities of Guangxi and Vietnam. With the establishment of ASEAN Free Trade Area, there will be more communication between Guangxi and Vietnam on sports, so it is particularly important for Guangxi and Vietnamese universities to cooperate in fostering physical education personnel.
