Allusion institutional reforms, the impact on people's traditional career values. "Their own jobs, two-way choice" the employment system formation, will inevitably impact on graduate employment, graduate career change in values has been China's theorists and educators, the focal point of general concern, scholars from different perspectives on the graduate professional values for research, but graduate students for professional values of the western region little, especially in the Xinjiang region, the values of Postgraduate Research occupation or blank.In order to accurately understand and grasp the professional values of the Postgraduates characteristics, the research group used a questionnaire on self Shihezi University, Xinjiang University, Xinjiang Normal University, Xinjiang Agricultural University, Xinjiang Medical University, Xin jiang University of Finance and in a sample survey of graduate students. College Graduate employment survey showed that the values of Xinjiang following features: (1) On the psychological, career and psychological pressure, lack of confidence in career choice; in choosing value over the course of the important role of social relations, respect for value realization and neglect due to social responsibility. (2) career awareness, the more conservative judge on the employment situation, their own advantages and disadvantages in employment objective knowledge; more attention in the professional assessment on the survival of the individual career development importance, contribution to society to consider less. (3) On values, the graduate student wanted stability and eager, Government agencies, institutions become the hot job, other provinces and autonomous regions of Xinjiang Enrollment of graduate students working on the remaining lack of confidence (4) career pathways, most graduate students willing to start from the grassroots level, and gradually develop their own, hoping the job when the connections can be supported. (5) Career guidance college work, graduate employment guidance that is very important, generally wants to provide more convenience University, for graduate employment.The author of Xinjiang from the four values of Postgraduate vocational factors:first, the social environmental factors, mainly from the market economy, and cultural environment, national employment policies, recruitment units for personnel and aspects of the Xinjiang regional situation analysis; s Second, colleges of factors, mainly the concept of higher education, teacher education focus, discusses the work of career guidance; Third, family factors, mainly from the family socio-economic status, parental education ideological discourse; Fourth, the impact of their postgraduate These include:mainly from the needs of graduate students, self-positioning and discussed aspects of their quality.Propose a solution in five aspects:the Postgraduates play the main role of vocational education in values; to strengthen employment guidance; play the role of special education teachers; actively create a good educational environment for postgraduate professional values; Graduate continuously adjust their needs.
