Work values is the standard of the people’s evaluation and choice of occupation, beliefs and attitudes of people towards career, a value orientation is manifested in the professional life. Work values of Agricultural university’s postgraduates should be the agricultural colleges in graduate school to treat a future career choice, and an attitude, and value orientation for the future professional life. Agricultural university’s postgraduates studies, will become an important force for modernization of agricultural technology, work values of agricultural university’s postgraduates directly affects the career choices of agricultural institutions, whether the studies to determine the country’s human and material resources whether something in return. How to lead the work values of Agricultural university’s postgraduate concerns the future development of agricultural technology and agricultural scientific and technological innovation process.This study as the main survey questionnaire summarized the characteristics of the status of the243graduate students of HuaZhong Agricultural University, and analysis of the causes of the agricultural university postgraduate’s work values, how to lead the work values of agricultural University’s postgraduates. Have agricultural university postgraduate the formation of the socialist core values of work values, the employment situation for graduates of agricultural university, and is conducive to narrowing of talent across the geographical distribution equilibrium, the balance of economic development, human resources power,"implementation of the strategy.This study points consists of five parts. The first part is the introduction of the significance of this study, the research status and the lack of research. The second part of the study is design research, research ideas, hypotheses, the choice of scale, the scale dimension of the demarcation and survey sample. The third part through the finishing on the agricultural university postgraduate survey data analysis, including agricultural university postgraduate’s work values in the value of the external value of the three dimensions of extrinsic reward and altruism, intellectual development, working environment, creativity, beauty15-value scale of achievement, management, colleagues, relations, supervision and the relationship between changes in sex, lifestyle, security, financial rewards, reputation mean and variance analysis, come to the agricultural university postgraduate compared to the independent, love life, each days to complete their work during working hours, and do not want to work into their own spare time, can show their expertise in their work and make a difference, to get higher positions and competitive salary. Whether single job content, boring work of beauty and reflect management ability is relatively "cold", reflects the agricultural university and postgraduate work like behave, work diligently, weak desire of management to others. Also showed the postgraduate students of agricultural university too idealistic, utilitarian, social mission, graduate professional values and expectations of the community for its gap farther, careers state of mind too "unrealistic expectations". The fourth part analyzes the agricultural university postgraduate Occupational Values of influencing factors, discussed aspects of society, schools, families, individuals, how it affects the postgraduate’s work values. The fifth part discussed about how can we do to the social> school、family、personal level for leading work valve of the agricultural university postgraduates.
