Work values is the standard of the people’s evaluation and choice of occupation, beliefs and attitudes of people towards career, a value orientation is manifested in the professional life. Work values of Agricultural university’s postgraduates should be the agricultural colleges in graduate school to treat a future career choice, and an attitude, and value orientation for the future professional life. Agricultural university’s postgraduates studies, will become an important force for modernization of agricultural technology, work values of agricultural university’s postgraduates directly affects the career choices of agricultural institutions, whether the studies to determine the country’s human and material resources whether something in return. The first part is the introduction of the significance of this study, the research status and the lack of research. The second part of the study is design research, research ideas, hypotheses, the choice of scale, the scale dimension of the demarcation and survey sample.
