New curriculum reform of high school is a huge challenge to high school Chinese teachers'knowledge and ability (particularly rural high school Chinese teachers). The professionalism level of rural high school Chinese teachers is related to the educational quality of Chinese in rural areas.This article takes Yongding for an example to know about the present situation of high school Chinese teachers'professionalism and some existent problems through questionnaire, literature analysis, survey from the following several aspects:teachers'educational view and attitudes; teachers'ability in educational activity, reading and writing interest; level of mastering and using of teaching technology; in order to raise some suggestions for professionalism promotion of rural Chinese teachers.We made analysis and feedback on the results of the investigation. We think there are two aspects to enhance for Yongding high school Chinese teachers'professionalism promotion. One from the perspective of Chinese teachers themselves:we should change teachers' educational concepts, change their teaching methods and establish life-long learning consciousness. Another from perfecting educational policy of Yongding, we should promote the exchange of urban and rural areas, minimize the loss of outstanding teachers of rural middle school teachers as far as possible, reduce the urban-rural differences in the new curriculum reform, strengthen the troop building of Chinese teachers in rural middle schools.
