In China, there is few writing teaching in Chinese course within the elementary and secondary schools. We can expound from the following aspects:firstly, in the writing class, teachers have few relevant textbooks to teach with. It makes this vague, broad and elastic course very hard to achieve its norm, which leads to the arbitrary and disorganized writing instruction. Secondly, in writing class, teachers have no idea about teaching their students how to write and how to practice writing. This is a serious situation that needs to be improved urgently. I make the teaching methods as the starting point of my paper and try to find the scientific methods for "how to improve writing teaching of high schools" through reflecting the methods on two aspects:theory and practice.The main way of making researches in the paper is consulting reference. Through substantial reference, it's good cataloguing the methods of ancient teaching writing, the development of modern writing instruction reform and the advanced ways of foreign writing instruction reform. Through learning the monographs in methods of writing, courses and cybernetics and analyzing the teaching methods of famous teachers, we discuss the effective ways of high school's teaching writing under the condition of current teaching system. We hope that this research can provide a way of " low cost, great effect" to the Chinese teachers of high schools in teaching writing.
