On The Chinese University Crisis Management System Of New Era

In order to enhance the ability of crisis defense and management, to reduce the bad influence of crisis, to protect the safety of the people's lives and property and to maintain the good order of study and living on campus, this essay chooses university crisis management as research object. The dissertation firstly analyses the categories, characters and causes of university crisis of new era, and points out the university crisis management actuality and shortcomings of it by the way of documentary study,comparison study,case study and diagnoses study. Then it brings forward to establish university crisis management system of new are basing on the practice of chinese universities. The paper focuses on the mechanisms of crisis defense,response and recovery. For the crisis defense mechanism, it indicates the establishment of machine system,pre-crisis management and risk evaluation system, crisis contingency plan management and education system. For the crisis response mechanism, the essay points out to set up four systems:crisis planning,crisis management model, crisis information disclosure mechanism and psychosocial intervention system. For the crisis recovery mechanism, it gives the idea of reinforcing the propagandism and implementing of crisis recovery plan, mentality training of people who have suffered the crisis, remodeling university image, appraising crisis contingency plan and crisis management model and upbuilding responsibility system.
