Study Of The University Crisis Management Mechanism Building

Chinese university is at a crucial stage of reform and modernization now. Wthe deepening of social transformation, university, as a social organization special form, has unavoidably crises with different degree caused by all kindconflicts and issues from society and inner self. How to deal with these ceffectively is an urgent realistic problem for administrators of university. BecChinese university researched crisis management without integration and practicduring the social transformation, this paper referenced research achievementscholars both at home and abroad, combined features of university during the sotransformation with the principles of public crisis management, and studied hoperfect the framework of crisis management in university from the angle of sysAnd this paper researched following issues mainly.Firstly, considering the features of university, this paper analyzed not onlyconnotations of crisis in university, including the definition, features, classifyreasons, but also the connotations , stage division and principles of crisis managemin university. Based on above analysis, this paper regarded crisis in university system, then divided the revolution of crisis in university into three stages.Secondly, this paper summarized five issues of crisis management in univeat present and analyzed reasons of crisis management in Chinese university, ware from social and inner mechanism of university.Lastly, this paper develops the principal of perfecting the mechanism of cmanagement for university. And, this paper proposes some suggestions, inclureinforcing the crisis consciousness, enhancing the construction of organizasystem and law system, and perfecting the running mechanism.This paper perfected the construction of crisis management mechanismuniversity to a certain extent. On the one hand, it indicated that there were still sproblems in crisis management in Chinese university and it also pointed outresearch areas in the future. On the other hand, it provided a feasible framewor Chinese university to research and practice crisis management during social transformation.
