In order to achieve the purpose of cultivating creative talents, we must take innovation in education.After 10 years innovation in education by information technology has laid a good foundation material. A number of new teaching model such as Project-learning has applied into our theaching process. Teacher's position thus quietly changs. Teacher's activities in the theaching process should create instructional situation, record the students learning process and give students individualized evaluation. All of these require teachers use the modern instructional medium by rational and effective way. To use must accept first.Technology acceptance theory and model provides a theoretical guidance to solve the problem. My study bases on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), focuses on the factors in teacher's acceptance of modern instructional medium. In the meantime, I combed the main theories of technology acceptance and build a model of teacher's acceptance of modern instructional medium and analysis the factors that affect the teachers acceptance of modern instructional medium. After then, I find the corresponding measures that affect the teacher's acceptance of the modern instructional medium. I put the measures into the teaching practice and get successful. Teacher Z accept the web technology.The model of teacher's acceptance of modern instructional medium and the corresponding messures are meaningfule in modern instructional medium's construction and development.
