The modern distance education project in rural middle and primary schools is the biggest elementary education informatization universal project and the important measure to narrow the gap between the east and west Regions and to promote balanced development of the city and countryside education.Now how to promote its teaching application effectively based on three models has become a task of top priority.This requires that we change concept,study and resolve the difficulties and problems in applying in time;explore and popularize new application models or method to increase the application level;also we should take effective excitation measure and work out scientific evaluation system to arouse teachers' enthusiasm and initiative in project's teaching application.Therefore this paper is aimed at discussing and analyzing the instructional evaluation system or plan under the environments of three kinds of technologies model,especially the informatization instructional evaluation in classroom teaching,so as to know the classroom instructional effect of project schools and the applying effect of the project and sum up the applying methods and approaches.The thesis consists of five parts:the introduction,research definition,factor analysis, plan design and case studies.In Partâ… of the introduction,the paper elucidates the research background,the current situation,purpose and meaning of the research.Knowing and evaluating the classroom instruction effect under three kinds technologies pattern has three purposes:to carry out the classroom instruction supported by technology better,to put forward the methods and approaches for the integration of information technology and curriculum,to provide theory and practice guiding for further application.In Partâ…¡,this paper defines several important concepts related to the research,and discusses the former study of expansibility instruction evaluation and effectiveness of educational technology and its impact on our research,then definites the meaning and the value orientation of this research.In Partâ…¢,this paper discusses and analyzes the teaching features,typical application models and the instruction process design under three kinds of technology environment of the distance education project.They are the key factors of affecting the classroom instruction effects supported by technologies. In Partâ…£,this paper sets up an evaluation model accommodated to the technology environment of project based on the investigation research before,and designs three evaluation plan:evaluation system from manager's perspective,the evaluation plan of student's classroom studying effects and the self-evaluation of teacher.Also it discusses the plan's rationality and application procedure.Partâ…¤is the concrete case studies of applying the evaluation plan.Through the case analysis,it discusses the present application effects of three technology model in rural schools,sums up the effective methods and approaches for the classroom teaching supported by technologies so as to make a reference to other rural schools or teachers.
