As the reformation of the mathematics curriculum goes comprehensively, how to integrate the curriculum and information technology has become the hotspot of the education and research of mathematics. This is a procession which is on its constant development to its maturity.This paper will emphasize on the remote tutor of mathematic education of middle school using methods such as references, questionnaire and practical researches. The content will begin with the analysis of the background of the application of IT tools and various contradictions happened in the reform, and then try to construct a conversable pattern of this remote tutor step by step based on cognitional learning, the theory of constructivism learning and the communication theory.After all these above, the paper will expound the characteristics of the Distance learning counseling with some principles and attentions putted forward and then make a primary conclusion stating its feasibility, affectivity and the great influence on the process of teaching and learning in the math education of middle school in the last part.
