The Research On The Problems Of Higher Vocational Colleges Management And Their Countermeasures

Student management is an important component of Higher Vocational Colleges'uphill task.It has important effects for students to grow up healthy and sound comprehensively. Currently, Fujian puts forward the plan of building the economic zone on the west side of the Straits, which means an excellent opportunity to the development of higher vocational education. However, as a matter of fact, we confront with a lot of problems in promoting higher vocational education development in Fujian. Especially under new circumstances, we face various new situations and new problems in student management. These new conditions does not accord the needs of the growing socialist market economy. Hence, the reinforcement and improvement of student management has become a common problem facing every Higher Vocational Colleges in Fujian Province.In this paper, taking three Higher Vocational Colleges'student management for example and according to the paper investigation, the writer indicate problems of Higher Vocational Colleges in present and conclud them as followings:the lagging management system, the defective administration system, the questionable management teams and the problematic administrative measures. These series of problems have precluded further development on student management and have been harmful for the realization of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges. Therefore, the study on this theme is of great significance in theory and practice. The thesis reveals the conditions of High Vocational Education and the situation we are facing. It also indicates problems of Higher Vocational Colleges in present and combines paper investigation deeply searched the problem. The paper puts forward countermeasures from following aspects:convert notion, improve system, standardize norms, boost the process of democratization and legislation, optimize team and innovate content. The main methods of this thesis are documentation method, questionaire survey and experts investigation, etc.
