Vocational College Student Internships New Exploration Management System

The main goal of the2+1teaching mode that is adopted by vocational colleges is to cultivateskilled talents. The1in that teaching mode is the internship which is the innovative teachingmode of vocational education, the important reform of internship system and the only way toraise the vocational students’ skills as well as practical abilities. As the major mode ofinternship, the college-enterprise cooperation mode refers that students go to the enterprises forinternship who are administrated by both colleges and enterprises. The interns put theknowledge learnt at colleges into practice, strengthen the understanding of that in practice workand improve the comprehensive ability in an all-round way. There are problems and difficultiesin practice that have serious negative influence for internship.The key of intern accomplishment is to establish student management mechanism, realizethat the intern student management proceeds in an orderly way and ensure its stability. The keyfactor of the internship accomplishment is students’ stability and the core of which is thestudents’ administration during internship. This thesis analysizes the concepts and factors ofvocational students’ Management mechanism, looks for its key factors and defects. Throughinvestigations and interviews from two vocational colleges’ interns in Shandong Province andtheir cooperative enterprise, it is to summarize the Mental Growth Cycle and construct the stagetheory of intern administration. With analysis of research data, it is to analysize the currentsituation and its reason of intern administration from colleges, enterprises and students find outthe bottleneck problems to limit administration and ensure the roots of administration absence.In the end, in terms of the existing problems in vocational intern administration, this thesisraises the creative administration strategies, summarizes the systematic safeguard ofstrengthening the vocational intern administration, construct360degree management modewith students as the core and the system of cultivating intern leaders. From the actual level, thisthesis improves the study of vocational intern administration. The author hopes that the raisedstrategies offer help for the vocational intern administration which are important to the highervocational education in the transitional period.
