The Triathlon Movement was introduced to China in the late 1980 s.It was even followed by many enthusiasts in China.At the beginning,it was mainly promoted by the non-governmental organizations to the general public,and it has a broad mass base in the constant development.Later,under the active promotion and promotion of the China Triathlon Association,various triathlon competitions at various levels were successively held in some domestic cities.In 2016,the triathlon national league was formally launched.With the increasing number of domestic triathlon events,we have to let us notice the construction of the triathlon technical officer team.This study uses literature,survey methods(questionnaire surveys,expert interviews,field trips),and mathematical statistics to examine the basic situation,training,and management of technical officials,and technical officials from the perspective of the triathlon technical officer team.Restrictions on assignments,job responsibilities,issues,job changes,etc.,in each of the positions or areas in which they are held,analyzing their strengths and weaknesses,and providing reasonable and constructive advice for the construction of the three triathlon teams in China for the sound development of the project.Create a positive competition environment and make inspiration for optimizing staffing and training high-quality technical officials so as to better promote the development of China's triathlon technical officers.According to the data analysis of the survey,the following conclusions are drawn: 1.At present,the total number of triathlon technical officials in China is insufficient,and high-level technical officials are even scarcer and cannot meet current competition needs.The geographical distribution of technical officials is extremely uneven.There are more technical officials distributed in Shandong Province,Jiangsu Province and Beijing Municipality.The number of technical officials in other provinces and cities is generally less distributed,and it is more difficult for technical officials to deploy;2.The gender ratio of technical officers is imbalanced.The proportion of men in the team far exceeds the proportion of female technical officers.The age span is relatively large,and the difference between the youngest and the oldest is 41 years old.3.China's triathlon technical officials have less academic research on triathlon,and insufficient attention ispaid to scientific research.The level of English needs to be improved,especially the ability to speak English.4.There is a shortage of high-level professionals who are qualified for the core positions,especially those who are qualified for technical positions,referees,medical representatives,etc.;5.The training period is too long.There is a shortage of reserve talents.There is a shortage of competent young technical officers in the triathlon team.There is no clear training plan or measure for young technical officials.There is no continuity of team talents and the echelon construction is ineffective.6.Talent selection channels are narrow and It is not open enough.There are many talents engaged in sports education or public officials engaged in sports companies.The level of law enforcement is uneven and it is not conducive to looking at problems and finding problems in different positions.At present,most of the triathlon technical officials are selected through referral and referral by superior departments.These two contact methods have great limitations and irrationality;7.The frequency of training is too low and the form is single.Each year is only made by China's triathlon.The association organized one time,followed by the lack of extensive training content,such as business aspects,psychological aspects,moral quality and other aspects of training less;8,the management system is not sound enough,there is no systematic,complete and sound management system.The management rights are too concentrated and the energy is insufficient.There are no long-term planning and management goals for the future,and staffing is not perfect.Ignoring the education of professional quality and professional ethics,technical officials usually lack self-discipline and have no good habits of re-learning.The level of technical officer's auditing is not strict,the implementation of management is not enough,there are no clear rules and regulations on the reward mechanism.In response to the above issues,development countermeasures and suggestions are proposed: 1.Increase the number of technical officials,balance the geographical distribution and training of talents,and pay attention to adjusting the gender ratio of the team.2.Improve the level of English,especially in the improvement of spoken English.Instill in-depth scientific research concepts,provide plenty of resources and support,create interactive platforms for scientific research,set up scientific research institutions,apply for research projects and projects,and set up scientific research funds.3.To increase the propaganda and promotion speed of the triathlon,and to carry out triathlon elective courses in universities to lay the foundation for the selection of talents in the later period.4.To open up information and process for talentselection and recruit high-level professionals for the whole society.Broaden the selection channels,change the current situation of entering the majority through the selection of superiors or friends,increase propaganda,expand the scope of selection,and strictly control the source of training objects.5,increase the staffing position of each position,pay attention to regulate the job problems of each position,each small link can not be overlooked,to avoid the occurrence of small probability events,the work of each post to achieve excellence,the probability of zero occurrence of error For the Triathlon athletes to provide a good entry experience to promote the sound development of the project.6.Increase the monitoring of electronic equipment for the entire competition,provide favorable investigation resources and evidence for the problems that have already occurred,and further improve the quality of the competition.7.To establish a ladder training mode,to start young backbone referee training courses,to focus on potential talents,and to continue to move forward,constantly discover new people,filter out talented people,and make detailed training plans and plans.8.Strengthen the cultivation of core positions,focus on cultivating talents who can serve as core positions,and always ensure that the team has sufficient core strength.9.Increase training frequency and time,increase training contents such as business,psychology,ethics,and quality,and provide comprehensive,systematic,and professional training.It enriches training methods and forms,provides online intelligent learning platforms,and urges technical officers to constantly consolidate and learn.Increase the training area,consider holding more training in provinces and cities with more competitions,train more technical officials for the area,and reduce the deployment pressure and difficulty of technical officials.10.Establish an incentive mechanism,implement supervision and disciplinary measures,and increase management rules.11.Establish a comprehensive evaluation and exit mechanism,set the age for entering the team,and establish a competitive mechanism for the survival of the fittest.
