National College Campus Triathlon Invitational Tournament Research On Current Situation And Countermeasures

In order to speed up the development of China's triathlon,the capital colleges and universities took the lead in responding to and implementing the national policies of "sunshine sports" and "triathlon entering the campus" and actively carried out a series of campus triathlons.the 7th national college campus triathlon invitational tournament will also be held as scheduled in 2019.On the one hand,these measures are conducive to strengthening the physique of college students,spreading the spirit of sports and leading the healthy life of college students;on the other hand,they also play a role in enriching college sports events and competitions.College students can feel the charm of triathlon more fully and comprehend the rich spiritual and cultural connotation of triathlon,thus expanding the influence of triathlon in a wider range.The research object of this article is the current situation and countermeasures of the triathlon invitational competition in colleges and universities nationwide.By using the methods of literature review,analysis of the triathlon invitational competitions in colleges and universities across the country.Scientific analysis of the factors affecting the competition and the main problems existing in the competition,and put forward effective countermeasures,by studying the universities,athletes,coaches and referees participating in the competition,In order to inject strong power into the campus triathlon and make the setting of the campus triathlon more comprehensive,meet the needs of students for sports activities and competitions;To carry out sports culture education for college students,will quality has been honed stronger;To promote college students' interest in related sports and cultivate a large number of young enthusiasts of triathlon;To raise the attention of a large number of people to triathlon,and finally provide scientific theoretical basis for the sustainable development of the national campus triathlon invitational tournament.(1)The exchange between participating universities was strengthened,which helped promote the development of triathlon on campus and laid a good mass foundation for the participation of the whole people in triathlon,on the national college campus triathlon invitational tournament.However,there are still someproblems.Some colleges and universities do not attach much importance to it,training funds are tight,venues and equipment are not perfect,and the contradiction between learning and training is prominent,which greatly slows down the development of the project.(2)The number of participating universities is increasing year by year,which shows that development has helped.The participating colleges and universities mainly come to North China,but there are no colleges and universities to participate in the competition in the western region,which shows that the development of triathlon on campus is uneven in various regions of our country and needs improvement.(3)Student athletes from freshman to graduate have good motivation and training spirit.However,there are some problems such as short training time,less weekly training times,conflicts between learning and training,etc.result in poor overall competitive level in the national college campus triathlon invitational.(4)Most of the coaches participating in the triathlon invitational competitions in colleges and universities across the country have high educational backgrounds,but some coaches have conflicts in academic research,training and teaching,and cannot concentrate on training and teaching.At the same time,coaches have fewer opportunities to participate in continuing education and high-quality training,and their learning input is insufficient.(5)The CTS selected referees to take part in the competition to improve the referee level.The overall structure of the referees is unreasonable,and fewer referees hold the qualification for the event.At the same time,it can be said that there is no referee training for triathlon,which cannot effectively improve the referee's sanction level and is not conducive to the development of the project.(6)With the continuous development of the event,all aspects of the event continue to be perfected,but there are still some problems,such as the single source of funding leads to the reluctance of colleges and universities to host the event,the weak publicity of the event leads to the insufficient participation of colleges and universities,and the unfixed competition system adds uncertainty to the preparation of the participating teams.
