Great development in the world today is in a major adjustment period of great change, the global political multi-polarization and economic globalization, development, and a variety of ideas and cultural blend of confrontation more frequent. China's reform and opening up the promotion of sustained economic growth, commodities, increasingly rich, such large-scale development of great change, a profound impact on people's spending behavior, also affect the college student. As college students, the community an important part of consumer groups, and their consumption behavior has a certain representative and trendy. Consumption due to historical and current college students, society and family and personal consumption for reasons of psychological immaturity to produce different kinds of consumer behavior, consumer behavior of these problems not only affect their physical and mental health development, but also affect the formation of correct values of their life concept. Therefore, study consumer behavior problems in college students, identify the causes and solutions, promoting social progress has important theoretical significance and practical significance.In this paper, Baotou Teachers College undergraduates 500 man-made object of study, conducted a questionnaire survey and interviews, obtained the current status of college students in consumer behavior:consumption of college students mainly in the basic consumption (food, clothing, shelter, transportation), Learning consumption (tuition, book fees, research, computers, etc.), leisure and entertainment consumption (leisure, tourism, entertainment), interpersonal consumption (compassion, love, communication) and other four aspects. Survey results show that spending concentrated in the 300 a 500 yuan, from monthly consumption can be seen that the daily consumption of university students showing two small, the middle of the situation in which college students in the daily lives of most people the level of medium, On the level of consumption of both low and high minority. Consumption of college students was high, medium and low grade, and in the dynamics show an increasing trend year by year. College students as a group in consumption, there are a lot of problems, specifically:First, light-weight material wealth and spiritual and cultural wealth; Second, the existence of conspicuous consumption of wealth and other non-rational consumer behavior; three college students, more serious polarization in consumption; Fourth, High consumption of interpersonal communication; 5 is the phenomenon of unplanned spending serious; also pointed out that college students these issues affect consumer behavior factors:First, the impact of consumerism; two negative values of the social impact; three schools in the lack of consumer education; Fourth, lack of family education; fifth self-produced consumer psychology immature and so the question above. Finally, the proposed measures to address these problems:First, students themselves have to set a good consumer attitudes; Second, the family is necessary to strengthen their children's financial education; three schools to strengthen the ideological and political education, strengthen college students, "Financial Literacy"; The fourth is to strengthen governance, improve the college students around the consumer environment. Through the above measures, step by step guide college students to scientific and rational consumption, and comprehensively promote the physical and mental health of university students to promote the creation of a harmonious campus and social sustainable development.
