With the fast development of society, professional youth liveunder great pressure. Many of them have the problem ofsubhealthy. The situation of their physical and mental healthy arenot optimistic, especially there are various of diseases of youngpeople caused by lacking of exercises. This research takesprofessional youth in Jiangsu Province as object, uses manymethods of research, such as literature and data information,questionnaire, statistic, and interview, etc.To find out the status ofphysical activities of Jiangsu professional youth from lots of anglesof view.Using activity-changing theory as academica guidance ofphysical exercises of professional youth in Jiangsu Province byphases and figure out the phasal characteristics of them objectively.Analysing the affective factors of their physical exercises;Exploring economical, effective, persistent methods to improvetheir physical exercises.Research as follows:1.The main factor effecting those professional youth who don'ttake part in physical exercises is that they know less about physicalexercises;And for those professional youth who are going to take exercises in the future, some objective factors , such as noorganization and guidance, afraiding of injuries during exercisesand no companies are becoming the main effective factors.2.The main factors which effect young people insist on takingexercises are changing with the improvement of stages of exercises.Timeless and limited by economical condition are the mainbarriers for young people who take exercises occasionally topersist physical exercises; For those professional youth who aregetting to cultivate the habit of exercises but the time is less thanhalf an year, lack of companies is the most important factor whichhinder them from exercises; For those young people who has beentook exercises over half of a year, lack of the guidance ofprofessional person is the most important factor which effect theirpersistence on taking exercises.3.The important factors which affect the professional youth indifferent periods on persistence of taking exercises are they don'thave fields, equipments or they are too far away from gymnasium.4.The gymnastic consumption of professional youth arebasically increasing with their rise of exercise stages. Gymnasticconsumption types are related with exercises stages, the stages arehigher, the professional youth who choosing practical gymnasticconsumption are less, the proportion of participant and enjoy typesof gymnastic consumption are increasing gradually.5, Professional youth mainly take activities with friends andcolleagues. Males usually take activities before dinner, female isprefer taking exercises after dinner. Male is willing to chooseprograms which has high intensity and great excitement. Female isprefer low intension activities which can keep them fit.6, The frequency, sustained time and intensity of physicalexercises of professional youth are rising with the rise of stages ofexercises. The physical exercises activities of male in different stages are all higher than female.7,The stages of exercises of professional youth have a obviousrelevance with their educational background, family income in amonth and spare time. Those people who have high educationalbackground are in the higher stages than those people who have loweducational background; And those youth who have a higher incomeand more spare time are in a higher exercises stages as well. Thehappiness and self content after exercises are raised with theincrease of exercises stages; Their self efficiency are increasing withthe improvement of their exercise stages.
