The Study On College Student's Motivations Of The Volleyball And Strategies Of Inspiring At Normal College In Gansu Province

Exercise motivation is that students actively participate in sports activities in the internal Power, and necessary condition for university students sports activities. Only by improving the movement of students involved in motivation, in order to enhance the quality of teaching physical education and Students participate in sports activities to promote self-consciously, implement the "Health First" the guiding ideology of school physical education. In this paper, Normal College Student's motivations in Gansu Province had surveyed, Analysised the main factors influencing motivations of the volleyball,and put forward to stimulate motivation for students to participate volleyball strategy, provides a theoretical basis and reference for Volleyball curriculum and reform in Normal University in Gansu Province.In this paper, the freshman and second-year of college than electived volleyball course had been of colleged with 600 questinnaires,through the questionnaire processing, analysis, the results show that:1.College student's knowledge and understand degree of volleyball is not deep,the value of recognition degree is not high, girls popularity of volleyball is significantly better than boys;students had high expectations for Volleyball teaching,but girls had even more. in volleyball class, college students positive initiative better,but the experience and evaluation of teaching is low.2.It has difference in volleyball motivation intensity,the order is"health-motivation">"pleasure-motivation">"system-motivation">"competence-motivation">"social-motivation">"appearance-motivation">"obedience-motivation". Intrinsic motivation scores overall higher than extrinsic motivation, then is system-motivation, Shows that the two decided to self and non-self-behavior in Gansu Province to participate in the Teachers College Students Volleyball exist, but the contrast, the former dominant.3.It has clear difference between male and female on health-motivation,social-motivation,system-motivation and appearance-motivation,gril's scores are higher than boys in the first two aspects,and boy's scores are higher than grils in the latter two aspects .4.It has clear difference between arts and Science students on health-motivation, pleasure-motivation and social-motivation, the arts student's score is higher .5. It has clear difference between the freshman and second-year of college on health-motivation and social-motivation of internal motivation, the freshman's scores is higher than the second-year students,and lower than the second-year students6. Main reasons influenced Student's motivation arel: volleyball sports culture on campus falled behind, teaching level of volleyball is low, volleyball and College Student's physical and mental development features.7. Students participate in volleyball Motivation strategies are:(1)Focus on theoretical education ,to awaken student's consciousness in the main body , stimulate motivation in a timely for college students.(2) To meet the needs of students in volleyball and raise interest of students to participate in volleyball.(3)To reform the classroom teaching, and stimulate students to participate motivation Volleyball.(4)Enrich the teaching contents and to stimulate student's motivation to participate Volleyball.(5) Improving teaching methods and forms,to stimulate student's motivation to participate Volleyball.(6)Use the praise and criticism appropriately in classroom teaching, and stimulate student's motivation to participate Volleyball.(7) Participate in volleyball practice and cultivate active participation in volleyball, and stimulate student's motivation to participate Volleyball.(8) Increase the university campus culture and create a favorable atmosphere for volleyball sports participation.
