Strength training is a necessary means to increase muscle strength, it is important to decide upon a physical element of the performance, so the scientific training methods have become the core of muscle strength training, and by academics and sports teams attention.Training exercise on the bench, which mainly develop muscle strength, how is muscle synergy force, under different types of muscle contraction differences between the characteristics of which, exercise and even coaches who are vertical, said Commentaries. During strength training arrangements, there is no quantitative indicators load on the power to judge and evaluate training for coaches . Therefore, to determine which method most favorable to this action of muscle contraction in order to identify the most effective method of training.In this study, sEMG testing and simultaneous camera method to study the oblique, flat, three grades were lower oblique, three distance including wide, medium and narrow grip, 40% RM and 80% RM bench press load when the two main features the work of muscles and muscle coordination of law analysis, objective and accurate revelation of muscle contraction characteristics of the law, find out different positions and different load bench and specific features of the major muscles, to provide scientific training methods, so training rules to follow to find the best and most effective training actions, for sports practice, methods and means necessary.The results show that the pectoralis, deltoid toe, triceps is lying to make the initiative to promote muscle; and after the beam on the deltoid, brachioradialis muscle exercise effect was not obvious; and the different stages of grip and the load change from exercise effects on muscle are different, some significant differences.
