Tennis club of Chengdu is basically a collection in teaching and training, venue rental and other ancillary services for the integration of comprehensive mode of operation, but the teaching training service is a major means club income only. Therefore, coaches play an important role in the development of the tennis club.2. The tennis club coaches of Chengdu team composed of full-time coaches and part-time coaches. Full-time coaches main source of college tennis special and professional sports colleges and universities of special students and professional tennis retired athletes, cultural level is higher, motivation mainly is caused by the professional and economic factors. Part-time coaches mainly comes from in-service teachers and students, and generally high cultural level, mostly part-time coaches is tennis special graduate student in university, but part-time coaches often worse for professional or some other reasons why was quit by the club, the part-time coaches liquidity larger phenomenon.3. Chengdu tennis club managers think coaches play an important role on the development of the club, but the overall capability of club coaches in general, the lack of comprehensive quality good excellent coaches. Managers think the coach should have the stronger competition ability, teaching ability who ability and communication skills. In tennis club coaches of Chengdu, the source of tennis coaches teaching ability and communication ability is good, but because of the movement technical level is not high, so the game and who are quite weak.4. The tennis club of Chengdu consumers think coaches comprehensive quality is the most important in a variety of service content, but the overall quality of the coaches haven’t reached the needs of the consumers. The tennis club of Chengdu consumers think the coach should have a higher level of technology, who ability, teaching ability and good service attitude, with the improvement of consumer tennis technical level of coaches with the requirements of technical level especially who ability and competition ability. Coaches technology only has a high water, strong ability of teaching and harmonious communication ability and so on comprehensive quality to meet the needs of the tennis club consumers.5. College tennis teaching field can basically meet the needs of teaching, practice teaching of part of the total hours, as a result of the limitation of the total teaching hours, the arrangement of the teachers in the teaching content on pay more attention to the learning of a basic tactics, and to the teaching ability, who skills, organization ability and the tennis referees and game practice aspects, such as lack of ability training. Tennis special students think the referee, organization, especially the game and who is good or bad is important factors affect their work in the amateur tennis coaches. College tennis teachers think more extracurricular practice, participate in various competitions, engage in teaching, social practice and so on inside and outside the class is to improve students’all-round development, cultivate qualified professional teachers and school tennis tennis club coach’s important way.6. Although the state education commission tennis as the option teaching material of middle and primary school sports teaching outline, the relevant departments of Chengdu launched a pilot school tennis in order to promote the development of tennis sport, but due to the teachers, facilities, and the influence of such factors as Chengdu schools does not leave tennis promotion, less demand for tennis special talent; Basic full tennis teachers in colleges and universities and higher requirements for teachers’qualifications, tennis undergraduate graduation into colleges and universities become almost impossible. The above situation caused by tennis tennis majors employment difficulty, it makes some students put the employment direction of the tennis club, and at the same time also make college tennis professional training mode with the tennis club of Chengdu form ties to the diversification of the coaches requirements.Based on the Chengdu tennis club coaches and the status quo of college tennis talent training survey, the author thinks that we should strengthen the tennis training of comprehensive quality of students; Improve the tennis course structure system; Cultivate tennis sports talents; Improve the level of tennis special student’s sports technology; Strengthening tennis special inside and outside the students’ practical ability, build class tennis teaching integration so that the colleges and universities cultivate tennis special talents conforming to the requirements of the society. |
