Entrepreneurship Education for college students is an organic component of quality-oriented education. It is a new educational pattern whose center is to develop students' overall qualities of cultivation enterprising, whose key point is to exploit students' potentiality and make them be intelligentsia with strong competence and social adaptability. Entrepreneurship Education aims at boosting employment, promoting building of a creative country, and realizing the integration of personal values and social values.With the development of socialist market economy, CPCC has put forward the new era of advocacy to exert entrepreneurship in the new situation. Entrepreneurship Education for college students has not only promoted the transformation of the Concept of Higher Education, but also opened up the vision of Theoretical Study of Higher Education. At present, Entrepreneurship Education for college students has been the focus all over the world; it has been developing greatly in developed countries, such as America, Britain, Japan Australia and so on, however, out country is still in the initial stage. Although Entrepreneurship Education for college students has been put into practice efficiently in Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and other 8 universities, it still owns the following problems: no proper realization, no integrated theoretical system, no perfect teacher construction, and no strong cultural atmosphere.This paper shows the basic concepts of Entrepreneurship Education for college students, according to the above aspects, related theories and foreign experiences. 1. People-oriented is the origin of education concept. 2. Comprehensive and sustainable development of students is the key point of Entrepreneurship Education. 3. Individualized instruction is the basic principle. Based on the above concepts, from the view of operational practice, this paper specifically analyzes construction measures, puts up with the idea of setting up a system agreeing with our national situation, which is a content system making entrepreneurship awareness the motivation of entrepreneurial training exercise, which is a curriculum system containing subject curriculum, activity curriculum and hidden curriculum, which is a security system with government intervention, policy security, team building, and teaching and research being the key point, and which is a evaluation system combining school evaluation, government assessment, and social assessment. This paper aims at attracting more attention and discussion, improving the development of Entrepreneurship Education for college students.
