The Construction Of Entrepreneurship System Of Chinese Universities Under The New Normal Situation

The term of ‘New Normal” was first put by President Xi Jinping in 2014,which was used to describe the current economic characteristics: the rate of economic growth is decreasing,economic restructuring is stepping into the deep water period,the way of social economic growth was transformed from production factors and investment driven to innovation-driven.With this,the development of society is facing greater challenges,especially the college entrepreneurship education is facing more severe situation.So it is of great theoretical and practical values to study the strategies of deepen the reform of the entrepreneurship education system and promote the construction of entrepreneurial education system in colleges under the context of “new normal” economy.The concept of “New Normal Economy” and entrepreneurial education system is stated in the first part to clarify the impact of current economic situation to college entrepreneurship education system.In order to achieve complementary advantages,mutual benefit and win-win results,the article will explore how to make colleges,society,and the government to achieve specific goals combined with the theory of triple helix.Then by discussing the history of entrepreneurial education development in our country,the establishment experiences of domestic colleges entrepreneurship education system was analyzed in this paper,which is represented by Dalian Neusoft Vocational Information Institute.However,limitations still exists in the development of entrepreneurship education system in China,for example,insufficient theoretical research of domestic college entrepreneurship education system construction,poor teachers' storage,unreasonable curriculum and the imperfect educational service system in colleges,as well as the unsound supporting system outside the colleges.Thirdly,by analyzing the course of the construction of entrepreneurial education system in American colleges and universities,this paper summarizes the characteristics and construction concept of the entrepreneurial education system in American colleges and universities,and the author also found that the leaders of America college attach great importance to the top design of entrepreneurial education system and formulate a sound entrepreneurial teaching evaluation system,which provides experiences for the construction of entrepreneurship education system in Chinese universities.Finally,some suggestions are provided for the construction of the entrepreneurial education system in the domestic colleges and universities under the new normal background.In the aspect of the internal construction of the Entrepreneurship education system,it suggests strengthening the theoretical research on the entrepreneurial education system of colleges and universities,promoting construction of the teaching staff of the entrepreneurial education in colleges and universities,perfecting the construction of the college education system curriculum and building the educational service system of the university.In the aspect of the external supporting system construction of the entrepreneurial education system in colleges and universities,it suggests perfecting the social support system and social entrepreneurship service system of government entrepreneurship education.
