Research On Construction Of Multidimensional Education System Of College Students Entrepreneurship

Entrepreneurship education is a new educational idea with the purpose of developing the enterprising spirit and comprehensive quality of students, a necessity for higher education to acclimatize itself to the requirements on innovative talents in knowledge and economy era, and also one of the important ways to solve the problem of entrepreneurship for college graduates at present. However, the entrepreneurship education for college students in our country is still not very well-developed, and there are some insufficiency in various aspects such as educational objectives, content, modes, course installation and guarantee system, so it does not adapt to the actual demand of entrepreneurship. Therefore, it is more prominent to construct a corresponding multidimensional education system for college students enterprising to meet various requirements of complexity and difficulty in setting up a business on entrepreneurs and how to effectively implement the entrepreneurship education to comprehensively promote the individual development of college students and meanwhile ease the tension of employment, maintain social stability and promote economic development.Based on a large amount of research results by other scholars and researchers, I have made an elementary discussion on the construction of multidimensional education system for college students enterprising. This paper can be divided into four parts, simply summarized as follows:In the first part, it mainly introduces the background and significance and the present research status of this study, and meanwhile it states that the research on entrepreneurship education in our country is still in a fledging period, so there is not sufficient research on the problem that the current entrepreneurship education does not fit in the actual demand, and the multidimensionality of education and as well as the construction of its system are determined by the characteristics of enterprising. Moreover, it also points out the significance of this subject and neatly sums up the main content, method and innovation of this research.The second part comes up with various difficulties for student entrepreneurs in project selection, company registry and operating management on the basis of analyzing the relevant data and interviewing individual cases, and, it also makes an analysis and discussion on the adverse factors caused by difficulties in setting up a business as well as the various reasons of these difficulties. Finally, it indicates that entrepreneurship education is an important guarantee to improve the comprehensive enterprising quality of college students and the rate of entrepreneurial success. In the third part, through the analysis and understanding of the domestic and foreign notion of entrepreneurship education, this paper points out entrepreneurship education is an all-around and comprehensive educational process of cultivating a variety of qualities required for students who want to engage in the practical entrepreneurial activities, including awareness, knowledge, competence, spirit and so on. process of education. In addition, it sums up the achievements of entrepreneurship education for college students in our country in terms of theoretical research, educational practice and environmental supporting on the basis of investigating and analyzing the current situation of entrepreneurship education for college students in China, and meanwhile points out the existing insufficience in aspects of educational objectives, educational content, course system, educational mode and safeguard mechanism.Starting with the various aspects such as educational objectives, educational content, course system and educational mode, the fourth part of this paper mainly probes into the construction of a comprehensive educational system in regard of the contradiction between the existing shortcomings in our country and the practical demand from various aspects. In this system, it is possible to comprehensively develop the ability of multiple dimensions such as entrepreneurial sense, knowledge, competence and spirit required for college students enterprising. Moreover, it is necessary to make efforts in various aspects such as institutional framework construction, theoretical and practical research, policy and financial support, improvement of teachers'quality, enhancement of teaching resources and optimization of cultural environment on campus, so as to provide guarantee for the implementation of multidimensional educational system for college students enterprising.
