The study of this topic is a specific expression to promot the "sports (1-6 grades)·Sports and Health (7 to 12 grades) curriculum standards" in-depth implementation comprehensively, It is the result of the urgent to improve student's health levels of development, It is the requirements in-depth implementation of "the Centrer 7, document", It is the requirements to enrich the theory of domestic physical education curriculum further.Through this research, Hope that it can contribute to enrich the theory about physical education curriculum for our schools, It can provide a theoretical reference for the general physical education teachers in order to improve the quality of physical education theaching, It can offer its efforts to raise the level of students'physical health.Through reviewed literature, questionnaires were distributed, and interviewed with experts, This research can obtain the conclusions as follows:First, the value orientation on Development of Students'Constitution and Health-Based Scholastic Physical Education Curriculum Development is to improve students'health level of development, Under the current situation, The main reasons why physical education teachers hold this value orientation are:The requirements which current students are confronted with decline in physical health; The implementation status of scholastic physical education curriculum can not be optimistic; Students'health decline can not be separated with scholastic physical education;Scholastic physical education curriculum development is helpful for improving students'health development.Second, there are mainly theoretical basis and practical basis on Development of Students'Constitution and Health-Based Scholastic Physical Education Curriculum Development. theoretical basis includes philosophy, physiology, psychology, pedagogy and sociology; practical basis mainly on the " Curriculum Standards "requirements, students'physical and psychological characteristics and need or interest, sports conditions in school and the surrounding physical environment resources, etc.Third, The stape conditions on Development of Students'Constitution and Health-Based Scholastic Physical Education Curriculum Development are:the school need set up an organization about physical education curriculum development; schools have to have a physical education teacher workforce with high level; a scientific system should be established to protect the physical education curriculum development; Scholastic leaders attach great importance on Scholastic physical education curriculum development; to increase funding for sport and the necessary sports facilities and equipment.Fourth, the stape principles on Development of Students'Constitution and Health-Based Scholastic Physical Education Curriculum Development are:holistic principles, the principle of adaptability, scientific principles, the principle of co-operation.Fifth, the whole process on Development of Students'Constitution and Health-Based Scholastic Physical Education Curriculum Development is:namely, to determine the goals of the scholastic physical education curriculum, select and organize the content of the scholastic physical education curriculum, implement the scholastic physical education curriculum, evaluate the scholastic physical education curriculum.
