Classroom observation is one of the important teaching and researching activities that each teacher must attend. It is the most important opportunity that teachers learn from and exchange to improve. It can promote teachers to pursue continuous self-reflection. It is an important mean to improve the professional level.This aticle uses literature, questionnaire survey method on classroom observation of Beijing primary and middle school physical education teachers, drawing the following conclusions:1) Physical education teachers often participate in classroom observation activities and 90% teachers have more than 5 lectures per semester. They observe more outstanding teachers, new teachers to observe the type of research-oriented class. Most physical education teachers think the most important role is to raise the standard of teaching, exploring research and the promotion of growth of new teachers to attend lectures in order to learn the advantages of peer-to improve to improve the quality of physical education to understand the situation and the diagnosis of physical education physical education problems.2) The teachers of classroom observation think that preparing needs to be done before the lectures.The main concern of teachers in lectures students learn and teachers to teach. Most teachers after lectures to communicate with their peers or write lectures diary, in the after-school analysis of the main analysis of teaching methods, teaching structure, teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching and other forms of organization.3) The majority of schools have lectures system, and provide the specific requirements of teachers and lectures. Records of the teacher's lectures have been inspected and handed over the basic requirements. Most lectures teachers have participated in inter-disciplinary lectures, and that the inter-disciplinary lectures with the help of its positive role. Most physical education teachers believe that their individual professional development lectures of great help.4) Teachers almostly master the field of participating in sports, athletic skills, physical health. They also can master the method of Explaining laws, model laws, gaming law, competition law and situational method well. But the method of discussing, presentation, protection and assistance, practice decomposition, a complete exercise, loop practice law can't be mastered well.5) The physical education teachers lectures on the site equipment layout, use, security, careful observation and comparison areas; right course of exercise-degree students to practice the observation density, for a summary of part of the listening lesson is not very serious and need to improve and attention.The question hit reality shows that most of the physical education teachers taught in basic training is still relatively solid, individual teachers also need to improvement and enhancement.
