Most physical education teachers think the most important role is to raise the standard of teaching, exploring research and the promotion of growth of new teachers to attend lectures in order to learn the advantages of peer-to improve to improve the quality of physical education to understand the situation and the diagnosis of physical education physical education problems.2) The teachers of classroom observation think that preparing needs to be done before the lectures.The main concern of teachers in lectures students learn and teachers to teach. Most teachers after lectures to communicate with their peers or write lectures diary, in the after-school analysis of the main analysis of teaching methods, teaching structure, teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching and other forms of organization.3) The majority of schools have lectures system, and provide the specific requirements of teachers and lectures.
