Middle school teacher professionalism has always been a hot topic in teacher's education research.It is of theoretical and practical significance to explore how to use the classroom observation method to study the professionalism of middle school young geography teachers.The Opinions of the State Council on Deepening the Reform and Building of Teachers 'Facing the New Era in an All-round Way pointed out: To comprehensively improve the quality of primary and secondary school teachers and to build a contingent of highly qualified and specialized teachers,and to emphasize that the improvement of teachers' professional accomplishments is the development of basic education.Young geography teachers in secondary schools are in the early stages of professional growth and due to their limited knowledge accumulation and practical experience in teaching,they are not yet mature in terms of literacy,professional skills and professionalism.Therefore,it is very necessary to carry out classroom observation and research on the professional qualities of young geography teachers in middle schools and to find out their problems in the aspects of teachers' professional accomplishments and how to formulate appropriate professional development strategies.Based on the basic requirements of teachers 'professional standards in middle school teachers' professional standards and the standards of junior high school geography curriculum,taking the professional qualifications of young geography teachers as the research content,this research takes the classroom observation theory,the teacher development stage theory,Teachers career cycle theory and geography curriculum and teaching theory as the theoretical basis for the domestic and foreign classroom observation and teacher professional literacy status quo analysis and summary,put forward the concept of teacher professional literacy and research significance.Based on the classroom observation of middle school young geography teachers,this paper qualitatively and quantitatively analyzes the current situation of their professional accomplishments,and presents the problems existing in the professional qualifications of youth geography in the form of cases.Finally,this paper analyzes the reasons of many problems of the professionalism of young geography teachers from the aspects of external factors and internal factors,and based on this,develops the development strategy of young geography teachers' professionalism from the perspectives of educational administration,school management and individual teachers.The results of the classroom observation show that young geography teachers in middle schools in Kunming city have different problems in professional knowledge literacy,professional technical literacy and professional literacy.For example,there are problems in professional knowledge literacy,such as lack of solid understanding of geographical basis knowledge,the poor awareness of the use of curriculum resources,the weak guidance of students' geographical concepts,etc.The problems in the professional skills literacy are the randomness of the writing on the board,the geographical board drawing and the poor drawing awareness.The problems in the professional ability literacy are: create a weak sense of geography teaching evaluation methods such as stereotypes.The results show that many problems exist in the professionalism of young geography teachers as a result of the internal and external causes,and it is necessary to tailor their existing problems,formulate corresponding professional development strategies and promote the professional development of young geography teachers.
