Discussing The Development Patterns And Prospects Of Higher Vocational Education Using The Method Of "operations Research"

Higher Vocational Education (Hereinafter referred to as Vocational Education) had been emerging rapid development in China since the reforming and opening up, it played an important role from training senior technical talents, supporting and promoting the development of economic and social aspects. In the opinions on "Improving the Quality of Higher Vocational Education", Ministry of Education points:"higher vocational education, as a type of higher education development, Shoulders the mission of training highly skilled for production, construction, service and management needs of first line, it has an irreplaceable role in accelerating and advancing the process of socialist modernization. " Therefore, vocational education is facing the unprecedented opportunities for development.While in the booming, higher education still has many problems and difficulties, this paper described the following aspects:throughout the country, vocational colleges are inadequate in the school effectiveness and low in the school effectiveness, community awareness on the concept of higher education is relatively backward; In vocational colleges, location is not clear, school characteristics are not distinctive, admissions policy is not perfect, enrollment is difficult to guarantee the quality and quantity; Vocational Education is unreasonable in the cultivation pattern. In view of these problems, this article introduced the operations research ideas, she mainly uses the following research methods:literature, comparative law, positive law, investigation, planning law and other research methods, combined with the ongoing higher education reforms, this article have more in-depth and comprehensive analysis of these issues, and identify a reasonable solution, to promote vocational education towards stability, health, sustainable development road.This paper expounds the knowledge of operations research, reviews the history of the development of higher vocational education, discusses the development of higher vocational education in the problems encountered in the process. For each problem, this article results many ways to tap the source that caused the unreasonable, and it corresponds improvement measures proposed to optimize the pattern of vocational education. Comparison of domestic and international success of the development of higher education institutions, it proposes some recommendations on the future development of Higher Vocational Education.
