Research On Dilemma And Countermeasures Of Wuhan A Vocational Institute In The New Situation

The development of Higher Vocational Education in our country has been more than a hundred years of history,and it has made a great progress especially in recent years,the quantity,the size of the school,and the students in school are very important to our country's higher education.Higher vocational education take the responsibility of training the application of technical personnel for our country.Batch after batch of higher vocational graduates access to employment which has made meaningful to the economic growth of China.With advance of the development of the globalization of the world economy and China's deepening reform,industrial transforming and upgrading has become an important strategy for the economic development of our country,and it also makes the new requests to the application of technical personnel leaves them to face the new challenges.China's traditional concept of vocational education and knowledge has failed to keep up with the new situation,the dilemma in higher vocational education development has become increasingly prominent under the rapid economic development of modern society.The purpose of this paper is to find the development dilemma,problem analysis,resolve conflicts accurately and research the appropriate path of development of higher vocational colleges.This research made recommendations based on the analysis of four aspects of wuhan A vocational institute including specialty establishment,construction of teaching staff,participation in education of industry and enterprise and the employment of graduates.This paper argues that the development dilemma under the situation of industrial transforming and upgrading refers to:the specialty failed to establish with the development of regional industry and the advantage of the institution.The teacher employ channel is single the structure of teacher team is not reasonable.The ability of the industry guidance is limited,the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate is not high.The careers guidance of vocational college is not effectively and efficiently.To solve those problems this paper gives such recommendations:the specialty should establish based on the development of regional industry and the advantage of the institution,make more chance to employ the teacher staff,adjust the access requirements,training staff with different ways on the different station,and build the core competitive of the teaching team.The government should play a role on leading industries and enterprises to participate in education,constitute the relevant laws and regulations and make the steadily and long-term cooperation mode and so on.Interview method,Comparative research method and the SWOT analysis method are used to analyze the development proposals of wuhan A vocational institute based on the four aspects above.
