At present, China is launching new foundation education courses and teaching reform. High school students, especially to the senior high school freshman,who come across the problems due to the changes of the learning environment, the study manner and the teaching mode, which leads to the appearance of the poor of efficiency in learning strategies, the worse is that it is spreading. This article begins with the definition and related concepts to support this theory to give descriptions to strengthen the research on Reinforcement Theory, Achievement Motivation Theory, AttributionTheory and the theory of self-efficacy. Also, questionnaires and interviews are used to collect data from relevant teachers and students of Hao Tou Middle School in Zhongshan under the guide of these theories. Judging from the feedback, the present conditions of learning strategy of our school students are not satisfactory. For example:students'study purpose is clear but they lack of motivation and some even does not adapt to the new environment; they know the importance of leaning method but could not seek for the useful leaning method,they can make out a plan but self-monitoring abilities is absent, the students are insufficient in learning initiative and the review strategies, and so on. Such are resulted from students and school, family and society,the results from the four aspects of the countermeasures are put forward to change the present situation of students' learning strategies inefficient.
