Art education is gradually valued by the society.As the main way for art students to receive more professional education,college entrance examination plays an important role in the management of art specialty classes in senior high schools.High school art specialty class class management has become an important theoretical and practical topic of high school management.This thesis Z high school art students in hengshui area as the research object,adopt methods such as literature search,questionnaire survey and case study,found in hengshui Z high school art students management has many problems,ways,from the school art student management stage goal is not clear,needs to improve art students management system,art students curriculum needs to be reasonable,art student management team division of labor is not clear,art student evaluation system is not sound,etc.;From the perspective of teachers,it is mainly due to the lack of teachers' class construction ability,the single management method of teachers,and the lack of individual development planning of teachers.From the perspective of art students' self-management,it is mainly due to their lack of learning interest and motivation,unclear learning objectives and lack of self-management ability.It can be seen from the analysis of the causes of many problems in the management of art students in ordinary senior high schools that there is a lack of emphasis on art students at the school level,the lack of humanistic education concept,and the influence of traditional college entrance examination scores.From the perspective of teachers,the main problems are serious administrative tendency of management mode,insufficient emphasis on individual differences of students,and teachers' teaching concepts need to be improved.From the perspective of art students' own reasons,the main reasons are that high school art students are immature in physical and mental development,weak in learning foundation and lack of self-management awareness.In view of the problems in the management of senior high school art students,it is necessary to clarify the stage management goals,improve the management system of art students,arrange art classes reasonably,improve the management team of art students,and improve the evaluation system of art students.From the perspective of teachers,we should improve the class construction ability,enrich the management methods of art students,and strengthen the individual development planning of teachers.From the point of view of art students themselves,it is necessary to correct the attitude of art learning,clarify their learning goals,and improve their self-management ability.
