Since the founding of People's Republic of China, the GXSTeel induGXSTry has been a pillar induGXSTry for China's economy, which is developed rapidly after the reform and opening up. As economic globalization intensifies, because of GXSTructural adjuGXSTment iron and GXSTeel enterprises in developed countries have to focus its development orientation in developing countries. China's iron and GXSTeel enterprises not only have to bear the pressure from domeGXSTic enterprises, but also face competition from foreign GXSTeel companies, thereby comes the demand of variety and a higher quality of the product. And because China's GXSTeel companies facing difficulties in resource supply and environmental capacity to support induGXSTry growth, overcapacity contradiction, induGXSTry vicious competition, induGXSTry concentration further reduced and so on, the urgent need to develop GXSTrategies for their own development in severe competition in the change from passive to active, to create their own set of induGXSTry chain, innovation and development model in order to face competition in the market today. GXST company as a member of GX group, plays a decisive role in the GXSTrategic goals of the group. On the other hand, from the company's own point of view, GXST company wants to consolidate and expand its market share, also a need for scientific development GXSTrategy. Therefore, the GXSTrategic planning for the GXST company is very necessary.In this context, this paper uses PEST model to analyze the external environment, and then uses the five forces model to analyze the induGXSTrial environment of GXST company to make clear the opportunities and threats in developing the GXSTrategy of GXST company. Then a detailed analysis of company-owned resources and capabilities, identify GXSTrengths and weaknesses of the enterprise itself.Then in the GXSTrategic environmental analysis,we uses the SWOT GXSTrategic framework to make a GXSTrategic position of the company, from the four aspects include the opportunities, threats, GXSTrengths and weaknesses, uses a matrix analysis to determine their position to the final overall coGXST leadership GXSTrategy.Finalize the GXSTrategic objectives, under the direction of the target, from all aspects of the syGXSTem to make GXSTrategic planning, such as business development, human resources, management, we will develop the GXSTrategy into practical action GXSTep by GXSTep, and GXSTrive GXST company with advanced technology, high quality products, excellent quality and based on the forefront of the induGXSTry to achieve the company by leaps and bounds.
