Informationization is the general trend in nowadays'development, as well as an important power to promote the economic and social reform. Along with the continuous development of economy globalization, market internationalization and requirement variety, the competition among the enterprises becomes increasingly fierce. Chinese enterprises'traditional management concept, organization structure and management mean face huge impact and challenge. To win in the international competition, the enterprise has to implement management innovation, combine inner and outer resource. One of the most key measurements is to apply the information system.With the Information system's implementation, the enterprises can advance the management level, optimize the allocation of inner and outer resource, improve the reaction speed, enhance the comprehensive competitiveness, make the management gradually transit to standardization and transparency, and finally promote the increase of operational benefit by improving the management efficiency. It is a pity, however, that many manufacturing enterprises declare that effect of informationization is not obvious. It becomes a problem to be solved urgently during the informationization construction that how to improve the Chinese enterprises'success rate of the information system's implementation and fully develop the information system's functions.Combined with the practice, the purpose of this paper is to establish the CM company information strategy and put it into implementation. Firstly, by describing the company's development history and company's inner and outer environment, it arrives at the company's competition strategy. Secondly, by evaluating the application of the informationization, it depicts the gaps that existed in CM company, analyses the necessity and feasibility of Informatization construction. Subsequently,with the method of Strategy Set Transformation, the paper plans the information system of CM company, and designs the functional demand and overall structure of the information system. Finally, with following up CM company's information system practice, this paper sums up the experience, in order to enrich and improve the methodology of system implementation and raises it as a reference for other manufacturing enterprises.
