Yunnan Copper Management Of Technological Innovation Based On Open Innovation

As the source of enterprises'progress,and the power of a state and nation's progress, the importance of technological innovation has been recognized by more countries and zones. But with the development of society, the diversification of customers'needs and the increasing uncertainty of market environment lead the risk of technological innovation to increase. Many innovative activities ultimately failed, enterprises find themselves in innovative dilemma.With the proposing of the slogan of building the innovative country, China pay more attention to the improvement of enterprises'independent innovative capacity. However, with the high-investment and high-risk of innovation, many enterprises'technological innovation came into trouble. In this case, the theory of open innovation brings a new direction for enterprises'technological innovation. With the open innovation model, technological innovation will no longer be confined to its own R&D, enterprises can access innovative resources from the internal and external at the same time; and the way to commercialization of innovative results is also available from the enterprises internal and external at the same time.This paper will study the management of technological innovation of Yunnan Copper Group. Firstly, we analyze the status of the management of technological innovation of Yunnan Copper Group, including the innovative achievements, the change of innovative environment, the opportunities and challenges of the enterprise and the problems of the existing technological innovation model; secondly, we make an analysis on the open innovation model of Yunnan Copper Group, including open degree, business model, absorptive ability and the dynamic model of open innovation; thirdly, focusing on the problems of the existing technological innovation model of Yunnan Copper Group, we propose the corresponding measures for the enterprise to implement technological innovation in open environment. With a series of analysis, we provide suggestion for the better implementation of enterprise'technological innovation, and we hope that the studying of Yunnan Copper Group can be regarded by other enterprises as reference to solve the innovative dilemma.
