Vietnam and China are neighbor countries who share the borderline, the Mekong River as well as a number of mountains. The diplomatic, economic, cultural, and trade relations between the two countries have been formed a long time ago, as an indispensable objective. For both Vietnamese and Chinese peoples, the neighborly relations, and the relations of cultural exchange and trade has become a sustainable tradition.China has gradually affirmed her important role in the world stage, not only as a country with a population accounting for one fifth of the world population but also with the position she has built in all aspects of international relations, ranging from politics to economics. Moreover, China, a country adjacent to Vietnam, shares with us many similarities in culture, lifestyle, as well as on consumer tastes. Therefore, the strengthening and promoting trade relations with China is the main objective, contributing to the success of the revolutionary cause in each country. Despite the ups and downs in Vietnam-China relations, overall, this relationship is developing into more consolidating, more diverse, richer, deeper, more comprehensive and increasingly effective, meeting the practical benefits of the two peoples and contribute positively to the peace, stability, cooperation and development in Asia-Pacific and the world.Based on these practical issues, researching to build a system of policies and measures as the basis for synchronization strategy for Vietnam-China trade should be soon set out to generate more opportunities for the trade relations between the two countries in particular and for import-export activities in general. This is also the reason why I've chosen the subject:"A number of administration policies and major measures to promote export activities of Vietnam and China" as the thesis.Due to limitation in knowledge, the short research period and this is very big issue that requires the participation of many researchers, many industries in a longer period. Therefore, shortcomings are inevitable in the article. Please point out the inappropriate. I would really appreciate your feedbacks in order to complete the article.
