A Research On The Mechanism And Mode Of Cooperative Innovation Of Industry-university-research Institution

Cooperative innovation of industry-university-research institution established a bridge between economical circle and technical circle, which has been developing vigorously all over the world. Since the cooperative innovation of industry-university-research institution emerged, it was becoming a hot spot of theoretical research mainly in two aspects. On the one hand, the quantity of research results is large, the research relates to many fields, the span of research time is long. On the other hand, the theoretical system is perfect and penetrates deeply. On the basis of it, this thesis pays close attention to the mechanism and mode of cooperative innovation of industry-university-research institution, cardings its theory and explores its frontier, and achieves expected results. The thesis can be divided into six chapters and the content of chapters are shown as follows.The first chapter is introduction, which presents the research background, clears the research purpose, elaborates the research significance at first, secondly summarizes the current research situation home and abroad, lastly draws up research content, research methods and technical roadmap.The second chapter illustrates the content of cooperative innovation of industry-university-research institution from four aspects, including concept definition, organizational elements, external environment and operational principles, meanwhile discusses six features about it, then refines two basic principles of knowledge transfer and self-organization.The third chapter focuses on the mechanism of cooperative innovation of industry-university-research institution, which introduces the overview of mechanism at first and divides into dynamic mechanism, input mechanism, risk mechanism, learning mechanism and interest mechanism, then analysis them apparently and establishes interest game model.The fourth chapter focuses on the mode of cooperative innovation of industry-university-research institution, which introduces the overview of mode at first and divides into project link mode, platform building mode and strategic alliance mode, then discusses its specific forms, concepts, features advantages and disadvantages. At last, it establishes mode selection game model.The fifth chapter empirically analyzes the condition of cooperative innovation of industry-university-research institution in grand science and technology special projects of hubei province, chooses some special projects to evaluate their mechanism and mode, then gives several suggestions.The sixth chapter is the summary and the expectation for further research. The chapter summarizes main achievement and innovation, points out its deficiency and further research suggestions.
