Research In The Development Mode Of Chinese University Science And Technology Park

The University Science and Technology Park (S&T Park) displays a completely new economic development model in the high-tech times. It brings with it a new model for the development of economy---the knowledge economy, which is not only the most significant innovation in the high-tech industrialization in the 20th century. But will also be the main stream of the world economic development in the 21st century. The study on University S&T Park, therefore, is gaining increasing attention both at home and abroad, In fact, the theory and practice of the park is a complicate topic that involves different aspects and the study of it will be a pioneering project. The author tries to make a profound study, using Regional Innovation System theories and methods on the mode of developing and running of University S&T Park. The study will have much significance both in theory and real practice.This article is on the basis of summarizing the hi-tech park of China and foreign countries in developing research results, combine my working practice in Chongqing University S&T park, use the approach of case study and criterion analysis, lengthways surveys and breadthwise comparison, analyze synthetically to the current situation of the development of the University Science Park of our country, prospect the questing in the development of high and new technology industrial development zone of our country, aim at offering reference to the development of the University Science Park of our country. The main content of this text is as follows:First of all, According to the realistic requisition on University Science Park, the author studies the existing document, and emphatically analyze the modes of University S&T Park that have rich characteristic and typical meanings abroad. Then find out the problems in the development of Chinese University S&T Park. Afterwards, the author put forward a new mode of Chinese University S&T Park--- The Regional Innovation Net. Discuss the approach of designing the Regional Innovation Net. Finally, give an empirical study of Chongqing University S&T Park to chase down corresponding measures.
