TV shopping is at the beginning of the 1990s, when the domestic people to enter China by it, when TV attracted shopping has quite mature in foreign countries is also perfect, system. However, from TV shopping in our development situation, it brings us economic benefits to consumers, also poses a threat right protection in the TV shopping, then how to protect consumers' rights and interests; and re-establish a consumer confidence and strengthen the safety consciousness, when their rights are infringed, can take legal weapon to protect their legal interests, became in TV shopping in the core issue of the protection of consumers' rights.This paper adopts comparative analysis and empirical analysis method, with the TV shopping of consumer protection issues as the research object, TV shopping in the theoretical basis of protecting consumer rights are introduced, provide the reasonable basis, then our TV shopping statement in the legal system of the protection of consumers' rights and status quo, combined with several typical cases in our TV shopping induces consumer protection problems, a serious violation of the lawful rights and interests of consumers.
