The crisis of human resource management is increasing in IT Corporation. The leading cause for that crisis is high brain-drain of technician rate.The paper takes classic IT corporation-KR for example and analysis and research it's problems of brain-drain.There are two parts:case and case analyzing. The paper investigated KR corporation for the organization, human resource condition, the situation of brain-drain and the efficiency of it's countermeasures to the brain-drain in the first part. And in the second part the paper basing on KR corporation brain-drain concrete conditions analyzed three factors influencing brain-drain of KR which are external circumstances,internal circumstances and the employee of KR,and set forth the effect that brain-drain brings about to KR corporation. Then the paper proposed six specific measures for KR to control employee-leaving including establishment of human resource strategic layout, perfecting the mechanism of talents introduction, building attractive compensation system, setting up equitable and scientific performance evaluation and so forth. This paper aims at resolving more and more serious the problems of human resources crisis and offering a solution to controlling brain-drain problem efficiently for KR corporation.
