With the advancement of technology recent years,high-tech industry has been rapid development,small and medium enterprises have mushroomed in large numbers in China.With the continuous development of enterprises,human resources have become increasingly prominent contradiction.As large numbers of foreign-funded enterprises continue to enter our country,the competition for talent is intensifier;the speed of brain drain is faster.Under such circumstances,it makes many enterprises have to face the problem of brain drain.In the current environment,enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition and competition is the talent competition in the final analysis.We can see that talent is core element of an enterprise is,brain drain is the core of the enterprise elements missing.It will cause a decline in the competitiveness of enterprises.This article researches the theory of brain drain.On this basis,this article statistics brain drain of KD combined with the actual situation of the company KD.Then it analysis data collected with SPSS for Factor Analysis and the status of KD's brain drain.Summed up factors of impact the brain drain of KD.By regression analysis of these factors,Summed up the reasons for brain drain of KD and build a linear regression equation.Finally,formulated a series of measures to avoid brain drain of KD.
