This also brought about many social security risks. This is not only good for stable economic growth but also building a harmonious society. Promote the new citizens'human resource is not only to improve the Personal capacity for sustainable development but also to resolve the "agriculture, farmer and village" problem. Accelerate the pace of urbanization is a manifestation of the principle of social equity.
