In China, too many labor force in countryside, but there are more people andless land, this situation limited the ability of absorbing labor from labordepartment.,non-farm employment is becoming the most important trend in the ruralsocial economic development at the promotion of urban rural income gap. Butgenerally, the rural labor have low human capital, it limit the development ofnon-farm employment. Therefore, there’s important meaning in studying the influencebetween investment of rural human capital and non-farm employment.The article focus on the theme of non-farm employment, based on theperspective of investment in human capital, analysis of the current situation andexisting problems of rural human capital investment to explore the mechanism ofinvestment in human capital in rural areas the impact of non-farm employment, theuse of multiple regression analysis, co-integrity analysis, Granger causality test, errorcorrection model, the relationship between investment in human capital and non-farmemployment empirical test.According to the research of rural human capital investment in present China,we are obviously not enough investment in preliminary education in rural areas, ruraltechnical training, rural medical care, rural employment transportation. These resultin the low development in rural economy, so, we have to enhance the investment inrural human capital, then we can change the present situation.The rural human capitalinvestment influence the non-farm employment mechanism analysis indicated that,lack of investment in rural education leads the low degree of culture. Lack of ruralmedical treatment and public health investment leads to the low physical quality ofpeasant worker lack of technical training center investment leads to the low skill ofthe workers, and the influence to non-farm employment from low humancapital.Investment in human capital in rural areas the impact of non-farmemployment mechanism analysis showed that the rural culture of investment ineducation lead to lower educational level of migrant workers; rural health investmentlack of migrant workers from poor physical conditioning; investment of vocational and technical training in rural areas due to insufficient labor skills of migrant workersis not high, and the human capital of non-farm employment of migrantworkers.Empirical tests found that the per capita expenditure on transport and thegoods and services per capita spending on non-farm employment impact is notobvious, long-term, stable equilibrium relationship exists between the non-farmemployment and per capita health expenditure per capita cultural and educationalentertainment expenses. The per capita expenditure on Education, Culture andentertainment of non-farm employment is greater than the per capita healthexpenditure. Drawn by the Granger causality test analysis, there is a two-way Grangercause between the rural per capita health expenditure and non-farm employmentgrowth, non-farm employment, cultural and educational entertainment Granger cause.Therefore, the promotion policy proposal of non-farm employment result inthis analysis according to the article by increasing investment in education, improvevocational education, improve health care and improve the rural human capitalinvestment and other measures to promote the orderly development of the ruralnon-farm employment.
