Fdi On The Impact Of Upgrading The Industrial Structure In Jiangxi Province

Since the 1950s, the economic globalization continues to strengthen, so the international trade, international investment and transnational cooperation have developed rapidly, and the whole world becoming a union. With China's gradual integration into the world economy, FDI has become an important factor to support our economic growth. FDI impact on industrial restructuring and upgrading is not only a very complex issue, but also an important academic topic that need us in-depth study. As the economy slightly behind province, the degree of opening in Jiangxi is also lowers in the central part. So this research can provide the reference value to other central provinces.This article did a theoretical review and analysis on FDI and Industrial Upgrading, and exploring the effects which FDI made on industrial capital, technology spillovers, industrial relations. The article analyzed the source of FDI in Jiangxi Province, how much FDI had every city in Jiangxi Province attract, and the distribution of FDI in the three industries. Based on The Cobb-Douglas function, I use the empirical analysis. Using the empirically test to analysis the function that FDI to Industrial Upgrading through the economic boost and investment-led. Empirical prove that FDI really has positive impact on Jiangxi Province. Article proposed policies to the right use of foreign capital to promote the province to upgrade the industrial structure.
