Region Of The Yunnan Rural Social Pension Insurance Classification

China's rural area is facing the pressure of aging society today and future. A large group of old-age population aging in China's rural areas has become one of the most intractable social problems. The party and government attach great importance to the rural social old-age insurance system. Because China exists unique urban-rural social security system, our country's social old-age insurance system carries out by urban and rural two lines. Compared to the urban social old-age insurance system, theoretical research of rural social old-age insurance system is relative lack, and system is lagging behind. However, with the rural social old-age insurance development, in some of our more developed and affluent areas (mainly in the eastern part) have a number of successful cases. Theorists have not stopped related research and discussion, and at present, have accumulated a wealth of research results. Yunnan Province begins to build the rural social old-age insurance since 1992. Scholars discuss it from different points of view, and accumulated experience and research results for its development. But I find Yunnan as a large province in the western mainly used the idea of eastern and central regions, when it want to solve issues related to rural social old-age insurance. Eastern regions, Central regions and western regions, especially in minority areas, have large differences in the level of economic development, social environment, psychological, concepts, etc. These differences haven't attract much attention whether in practice or in study. There are very few studies on how to actualize rural social old-age insurance in different levels of economic development of Yunnan province. Therefore, construct rural social old-age insurance model adapt to the development of different regions of Yunnan has very important theoretical and practical significance.This article starts from domestic and abroad theoretical study which concerning rural social old-age insurance, combined with the actual situation of Yunnan, then do the regression analysis and cluster analysis on related indicators. At the same time, it uses component analysis and qualitative analysis to find out reasons that result in rural social old-age insurance diversity in different parts of Yunnan province. Finally, on the basis of the foregoing analysis, this article constructs sub-region rural social old-age insurance model adapt to the actual situation in different parts of Yunnan Province, and considers how to improve the sub-region rural social old-age insurance model of Yunnan Province.This article mainly includes the following chapters:Chapters one:defines the related concepts, clarifies the background and significance of the topic, technical routes and methods of research, as well as innovation and difficulty.Chapters two:introduces the basic theory of rural social old-age insurance. Meanwhile respectively introduces the research status quo of overseas rural social old-age insurance, China's research status quo and practice of rural social old-age insurance, as well as Yunnan's research status quo and developmental situation of rural social old-age insurance.Chapters three:uses SPSS and EXCEL to do the regression analysis and cluster analysis on Yunnan's economic development and correlative indicators (related to rural social old-age insurance).Chapters four:compares economic development and the rural social old-age insurance in different parts of Yunnan province, at the same time, analyzes the existed main problems in the development of the rural social old-age insurance.Chapters five:uses quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis to find out reasons which bring on rural social old-age insurance diversity in different parts of Yunnan province.Chapters six:on the basis of the foregoing analysis, and combines with the actual situation of Yunnan province, constructs the sub-region rural social old-age insurance model.Chapters seven:on the basis of the sub-region, puts forward proposals on how to improve Yunnan's rural social old-age insurance.
